The name City Swan reflects both our roots and our purpose. The “Swan” represents owner Adrian’s proud connection to the Swan River First Nation in Northern Alberta, while the “City” reflects where we live and work—serving Calgary and surrounding communities.

The swan is more than a symbol; it represents the values that guide everything we do. Just like the swan, we strive to be committed, trustworthy, and dedicated to building lasting relationships.

Symbolizing peace, purity, and kindness, our approach to every project is grounded in care, respect, and responsibility. At City Swan Plumbing & Heating, our goal is to bring warmth, reliability, and peace of mind into every home and business we serve.

Meet Adrian MacCallum — Owner & Founder

Adrian MacCallum is a journeyman plumber and gas fitter with over 20 years of experience across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement, Adrian holds his Blue Seal Certification, a Project Management Certificate of Achievement from SAIT, and is certified in Cross Connection Control.

As an active and proud member of the Swan River First Nation, Adrian brings integrity, accountability, and respect into every aspect of his work. He believes that quality craftsmanship and honest communication are the foundation of long-term customer relationships.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, camping, working on home improvement projects, and tinkering in the garage. His hands-on mindset doesn’t stop at the job site—it’s a part of who he is, both professionally and personally.
