What is Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, corrosion, or mineral build-up
Problems arising from pre-existing plumbing conditions or external factors (e.g., freezing, flooding, earthquakes)
Clogs or blockages caused by foreign objects or improper use
